Design Non-Disclosure

We value your trust and are proud to showcase our work. Unless specifically requested otherwise, completed designs may appear in our portfolio on our website. If you prefer your designs remain private, we can definitely sign a non-disclosure agreement for it.

Marketing Support for Clients

To support mutual growth, United Fashion Apparel offers clients a range of promotional options. With consent, we can promote your brand, helping to increase visibility and potentially drive sales. Client brand names and contact information may be shared as part of these activities.

Confidentiality

Your records are private and confidential. We do not disclose them to any third party, except our agents, manufacturers, suppliers, or legally authorized entities. You may request copies of records with reasonable notice. Information collected during your visit to our site is used internally and then discarded, ensuring your privacy.

Shipping & Delivery

We primarily ship with DHL, FedEx, and SkyNet. Delivery times vary, with priority mail typically taking 4-5 days, and standard mail up to 2-3 weeks. Alternative carriers may be used based on the destination. While we handle shipping as a convenience, United Fashion Apparel is not liable for delivery guarantees or losses during transit. In the rare case of lost shipments, clients may need to cover production and/or shipping costs for replacements.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within two days of payment completion. Due to the custom nature of our products, no cancellations are accepted after this period, or once the production stage has begun. Orders in transit or already delivered are non-cancelable. If a sample requires approval and no response is received within a month, the order may be canceled, with setup charges deducted from any credit due.

Delivery Delays

Please ensure the delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the order. United Fashion Apparel is not responsible for incorrect or inaccessible addresses, and deliveries are non-refundable in these cases. Once shipped, responsibility for delivery timing passes to the courier.

Refund Policy

United Fashion Apparel follows strict quality control. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded. Clients may request photos or video proof of adherence to specifications. If changes are needed after shipping, the client will cover shipping costs. Adjustments may be made to unapproved samples prior to bulk production.

Fabric Specifications

For full customization, we use market-sourced fabric for small orders to closely match requested specifications. Unique fabric blends require minimum orders of 1,000 units, for which we provide lab-tested custom fabric options.

Production Timeline

Production begins upon your approval of the order summary, sent within 24-48 hours of payment. Delays may occur if approvals are pending or materials are unavailable. While our estimated turnaround is 17 business days, regular updates will keep you informed.
